CNC SEWING
The automated, rotating head CNC sewing machine provides
a high-tech, automated solution for creating precise stitching patterns.
Utilizing an independent driving rotary head, capable of tracking 360 degree stitches, the machine can effectively carry out highly complex stitching patterns, which would be rendered impossible in traditional sewing methods.
By eliminating the potential of human error, precision and consistency can be achieved through this piece of machinery.
Reaching a max speed of up to 2000rpm, you can effectively minimize production and lead times.
CNC SEWING & PERFORATING
Utilising a fully automated computer control system, which is simple to learn and operate, replaces the need of having one operator per machine.
This Single Color Sewing & Perforation machine realizes sewing and perforation within one process. With an automatically controlled punching point: You can achieve any desired combination of patterns
The sewing and punching heads operate independently, with negligible switch times. This offers a consistently high standard of stitching at cutthroat speeds.

Using our top-notch CNC laser cutter: Complex, intricate shapes & patterns can be precisely cut in a matter of minutes.
Maintaining a consistent heat level, and a small heat-affected zone, the risk of warping the material is mitigated.
Due to the lack of manual cutting, there is no risk of physical damage or abrasion to the leather.
Beyond laser cutting, you can also engrave the leather to create any designs you can conceive.
PERFORATION
With our state-of-the-art perforator, complete hides of leather can be run through and perforated into any desired patterns.
Exploiting the included top-of-the-line software, any writings or drawings can be realized to achieve a countless array of perforation patterns. You can drill or cut any created patterns into the leather, and even create unique scale patterns.

FULL HIDE
CUTTING
An automated, CNC, leather cutting solution.
Taking advantage of the first-rate CAD software and the effective utilistion of data points - you can overhaul the full leather cutting process.
Through capturing the shape of the leather hide via an integrated digital camera: The entire hide is mapped and recorded, and any imperfections or flaws are marked.
This allows the software to automatically nest all of your cutting patterns within the hide to optimise the highest yield, with the lowest wastage. All within a fraction of the time taken to hand-cut the hide.
Utilising the specialised rotary blade allows us to offer the fastest cut speeds, with an unmatched level of precision and accuracy.
EMBOSSING & DEBOSSING
Embossing and Debossing can be achieved simply with our machinery, allowing personalisation, as well as any desired pattern or logo. This creates an unique finish to the product.
METAL CASTING
This Metal casting machine utilizes pneumatic or hydraulic actuator to fill die molds. Vacuum casting operations implement a vacuum to expulse air from the die chamber, draw the molten liquid into the cast, and hold sand in place as the molten material is poured.

DECORATIVE STITCHING
The Habraken HM820 is purpose-built to offer decorative stitching, generally used in automotive and home upholstery, however, you can now utilise this for the production of goods where Triple Transport sewing machines would normally be needed.
Using the machine in ‘twin-needle mode’ allows the possibility to use 16 base decorative stitch patterns, as well as 16 user designed patterns.
EMBROIDERY
SPLITTING
Our splitting machine thins down the leather to your desired width, allowijg a more flexible and malleable form.
This can be done across the entire width of the material, or, if preferred, only the edges can be thinned; ideal for automotive upholstery.
